The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is preparing the opinion on "Mainstreaming climate, energy and environmental priorities across the Multiannual Financial Framework" led by rapporteur Rafał TRZASKOWSKI (PL/EPP), Mayor of Warsaw.
A discussion will take place at the ENVE Commission meeting on 22 April 2026; the final adoption is expected during the plenary session on 1-2 July 2026.
