The 6th meeting of the CoR Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget (COTER) will take place at the European Committee of the Regions, Rue Belliard 99-101, Brussels, room JDE 52 on Monday 1 December (all day) and Tuesday, 2 December 2025 (morning).
At this meeting, COTER members will discuss and vote on the following opinions:
- "Multiannual Financial Framework including own resources package"

- "Exploring the role of the private sector in reinforcing cohesion policy post-2027"
Rapporteur: Kristoffer Tamsons (SE/EPP)
Exchanges of views will take place for the following opinions:
- "NRPP Fund Regulation" (working title)
Rapporteurs: Emil Boc (RO/EPP) and Vasco-Alves Cordeiro (PT/PES)
- "ERDF including ETC and CF Regulation" (working title)
Rapporteur: María Guardiola Martín (ES/EPP)
- "Performance Framework Regulation" (working title)
Rapporteur: Luca Menesini (IT/PES)
- "Connecting Europe Facility Regulation" (working title)
Rapporteur: Juraj DROBA (SK/ECR)
Moreover, COTER members will have the opportunity to discuss the contribution of the COTER commission to the CoR Annual Impact Report 2025 as well as to have a first discussion on the work programme for 2026 of the COTER Commission.
