- Exchange of views with the Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie of Québec and signature of the cooperation agreement with:

- Javier Moreno Sánchez (S&D/ES), Chair of the Delegation for relations with Canada and Member of the European Parliament
- Debate on the Multiannual Financial Framework with:
