The 13th COTER commission meeting will take place on Thursday, 7 April 2022 from 11:30 to 18:00 (Brussels time).
In light of the current Covid-19 situation, the meeting will be held in
hybrid mode (on-site participation will be possible to a reduced number of members, upon registration via the Members Portal).

COTER members will be invited to vote on the Opinion "The new EU Arctic strategy" by rapporteur Ms Mirja Vehkaperä (FI/RE).
Exchanges views will also take place on the following opinions:
- 8th report on economic, social and territorial cohesion, by rapporteur Ms Nathalie Sarrabezolles (FR/PES)
- Guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T), by rapporteur Ms Isabelle Boudineau (FR/PES)
- The New EU Urban Mobility Framework, by rapporteur Ms Linda Gaasch (LU/Greens)
- The next generation of own resources for the EU budget, by rapporteur Ms Nathalie Sarrabezolles (FR/PES).
COTER Members will also have the possibility to participate in a debate on the implications of the war in Ukraine for cohesion policy and cross-border cooperation.

COTER commission members and speakers will receive a dedicated link from the COTER secretariat by email during the week of the meeting.
The general public will be able to follow the meeting via Interactio or via web streaming.
