The 17th COTER commission meeting will take place on Thursday, 16 February 2023 from 11:00 to 18:00 (Brussels time) at the CoR premises (room JDE52).
The meeting will be fully presential.

At this COTER meeting, Members will adopt the 2023 COTER commission work programme and 2023 EGTC Platform work programme.
During this meeting, there will also be exchanges of views on the following opinions:
- "Do no harm to cohesion - A cross-cutting principle contributing towards cohesion as an overall objective and value of the EU", by rapporteur Mr Michiel RIJSBERMAN (NL/renew E.).
- "Mid-term review of the Multiannual Financial Framework: the regional and local viewpoint", by rapporteur Thomas HABERMANN (DE/EPP).
COTER Members will also have the possibility to participate in a discussion on "Communicating Cohesion policy successes on the ground", and will be updated on the state of play of the Group of High-level Specialists on the Future of Cohesion Policy. The State of Play and Work Plan for 2023 of the Automotive Regions Alliance, as well as a Presentation on the European Commission's Cohesion Open Data Platform will also be on the agenda.
