The 16th COTER commission meeting will take place on Thursday, 23 November 2022 from 11:00 to 18:00 (Brussels time) at the CoR premises (room JDE52).
The meeting will be fully presential.

At this COTER meeting, Members will be electing the COTER Vice-Chairs for the second half of the current mandate (2022-2025).
The COTER Commission will be voting the Opinion on "Putting people first, securing sustainable and inclusive growth, unlocking the potential of the EU's outermost regions" by rapporteur Mr Pedro DE FARIA E CASTRO (PT/EPP).
COTER Members will also have the possibility to participate in a discussion on Local and regional experiences in facing the current energy crisis, and will be updated on the state of play of the EU Mission on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities.
