The 13th ECON commission meeting will take place at the CoR on Friday 8 July 2022, from 11:30 to 18:00 (Brussels time).

During this meeting, ECON members will discuss and vote on three draft opinions on the following topics:
- Digital Cohesion
Rapporteur: Gaetano ARMAO (IT/EPP)
- European Chips Act to strengthen the European semiconductor ecosystem
Rapporteur: Thomas SCHMIDT (DE/EPP)
- Protecting Industrial and Craft Geographical Indications in the European Union
Rapporteur: Martine PINVILLE (FR/PES)
ECON Members will also debate the results of the Conference on the Future of Europe and its follow-up.
