On 27th February 2020, the ENVE commission holds its 2nd meeting in Brussels. On this occasion, there are 4 exchange of views on the following CoR Opinions:
- Evaluation of the Water Framework Directive and the Floods Directive, rapporteur: Piotr CAŁBECKI (PL/EPP)
- Bio-diverse cities and regions beyond 2020 at the UN CBD COP15 and in the next EU strategy, rapporteur: Roby BIWER (LU/PES)
- The Future of EU Clean Air policy in the framework of the zero-pollution ambition, rapporteur: János Ádám KARÁCSONY (HU/EPP)
- Towards a Roadmap for Clean Hydrogen – the contribution of local and regional authorities to a climate-neutral Europe, rapporteur: Birgit HONÉ (DE/PES)
During the afternoon session, the ENVE commission discusses the Green Week 2020 and the follow up of CoR delegation's participation to the UNFCCC COP25 in Madrid.
