In the light of the European "Green Deal" and the "Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy", it is essential to work on the need for a mobility evolution which will affect all modes of transport as well as the transport industry as a whole. Many European regions host highly specialised automotive industry clusters. They provide important value chains for the European industry and are responsible for innovation, employment and economic growth.

The CoR's Automotive Intergroup has organised, with the support of the COTER commission, the "Green Transformation Summit". The event took place at the end of last year. The main results are summarised in this video.
