IncluCities, the flagship project on migration of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) will organise a Final Conference on 29 March 2023.
The event will touch upon migrant integration in middle-sized cities as a central point of the IncluCities. The conference will be hosted by Antje Grotheer, Vice President of Bremen State Parliament, from the CoR and will give the floor to many relevant voices from the European Commission, cities and migrant led organisations.
The event will also offer three engaging workshops that will centre around three topics: a gender-sensitive approach to local inclusion, the inclusion, grants and refugees in small localities, and finally, language, education and volunteering as tools for long-term inclusion.
The INCLUCITIES (2020-2023) is a EU funded project (AMIF), led by the CEMR, connecting eight cities and their national associations of local and regional government to improve local integration and inclusion.
