The 11th COTER commission meeting will take place on Friday, 10 December 2021 from 11:00 to 18:00 (Brussels time).
In light of the current Covid-19 situation, and in accordance with the President's Decision No 346/2011, the meeting will be held in hybrid mode.

COTER members will be invited to discuss and vote on the following opinion.
- Towards zero emission road transport: Deploying alternative fuels infrastructure and strengthening CO2 emission performance standards, by rapporteur Mr Adrian Teban (RO/EPP).
Members will also have the possibility to participate in a debate on the EU-UK relationship with Mr Michael Murphy (IE/EPP), rapporteur on the CIVEX opinion on Strengthening the EU-UK relationship at subnational level and remedying Brexit's territorial impact, as well as in a debate on Conclusion of the European Year of Rail 2021 and regional perspective on the #DiscoverEU programme with rapporteur Mr Jarosław Stawiarski (PL/ECR).
