The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is drafting an opinion on A renewed European agenda for Research and Innovation COM(2018) 306 final.
The opinion will react to and bring forward ideas from the local and regional point of view to the European Commission's Communication published on 15 May 2018.
The rapporteur of the opinion, Ms Birgitta SACRÉDEUS (SE/EPP), Member of Dalarna County Council, together with her expert, Ms Eva Marie RIGNÉ, would be happy to meet with representatives of your organisation and other important stakeholders for a consultation and an exchange of views on the relevant topics of this opinion to gather the different points of view and discuss the main issues.
The rapporteur would be very keen to hear your views during the meeting. After a short introduction by the rapporteur, stakeholders will be invited to exchange views with the rapporteur.

The meeting will be held in English.
For practical reasons, you are kindly asked to register here your participation before Monday, 15 October 2018 eob.
Please note that in order to reduce paper waste, the CoR will not provide paper copies of documents for the meeting.
