​Bratislava hosted the 7th Summit of Regions and Cities on 8-9 July 2016. The Summit was organised by the European Committee of the Regions and co-hosted by the Bratislava Self-Governing Region and the City of Bratislava, in cooperation with the Slovak Presidency of the Council of the EU.
