IN LIGHT OF THE CURRENT COVID-19 SITUATION,

THE MEETING WILL BE HELD BY VIDEOCONFERENCE ONLY.

The ENVE commission meeting taking place on 7 June 2021 foresees three Green Deal Debates:

• The first one will focus on the Conference on the Future of Europe

• The second debate will focus on the European Commission's Work Programme for 2022

• The third debate will focus on the Fit for 55 Package

The ENVE commission meeting will also adopt the following draft opinions:

Revised Trans-European Energy Infrastructure Regulation fit for the Green and Digital Transition - Robert Sorin NEGOIȚĂ (RO/PES)
Forging a climate-resilient Europe - the new EU Strategy on Adaptation to Climate Change - Markku MARKKULA (FI/EPP)

And there will be one exchange of views on Gender equality and Climate change: towards mainstreaming the gender perspective in the European Green Deal – Kata TUTTO (HU/PES)
