5th ENVE Commission meeting (online meeting)

The ENVE commission meeting foresees a "Briefing on the work of the Green Deal Going Local Working Group" and a debate on Green Deal debate "Achieving Climate Targets 2030 and supporting green transition at local and regional level with the participation of Dr Eva Kracht, Deputy Director General for European Policy, representative of the German Presidency and Mr Mauro Raffaele PETRICCIONE, Director-General Climate Action, European Commission.

The ENVE commission meeting will also adopt the following draft opinions:

The impact of climate change on regions: an assessment of the European Green Deal, Rapporteur: Andries GRYFFROY (BE/EA);
Opportunities and synergies of a precautionary adaptation to climate change to promote sustainability and quality of life in regions and municipalities – which framework conditions are required for this?, Rapporteur: Markku MARKKULA (FI/EPP)
