​​​​​​To encourage participation, the Government of Navarra has prepared a program that includes the preparation of informative material, organisation of events and conferences, awareness actions and an itinerant campaign that will tour the region in an EU-branded bus, stopping off at 10 rural towns across Navarra. 

The traveling campaign has two clear objectives. On the one hand, it aims to bring the Conference on the Future of Europe closer to the citizens of Navarra, for which EUROPE DIRECT Navarra/Nafarroa will travel to different parts of the territory holding meetings with the citizens. On the other hand, debates will be organised on the issues that most concern the citizens of these 10 localities in relation to the issues suggested on the Conference platform. The campaign is designed to be developed with two types of target audience: youth and citizens in general, especially adults. Special efforts will also be deployed to mobilise women since they are under-represented. 

The ultimate goal would be to promote the participation of citizens of Navarra in the platform so that their vision of the European Union of the future is taken into account.​
