Mobility is a crucial policy field for local and regional authorities. It has an impact on a broad range of areas such as safety, health, liveability, social inclusion, climate and the environment.
Mobility is experienced differently by different groups of people, and their specific needs should be taken into account by applying a participative approach and involving users and actors concerned. Furthermore, an integrated and holistic approach should be applied, allowing people to be aware of the interdependencies of actions taken in one area on others (environmental, economic, social and governance).
The workshop aims to explore inclusive approaches of designing and implementing inclusive urban mobility measures which serve all residents of a city.
