Hosted and moderated by ERRIN, this event will feature regional politicians from the SEDEC Commission from the Committee of the Regions and experts from the European Commission. They will be joined by the Friends of Smart Specialisation, an informal independent think tank promoting smart specialisation, and Orkestra, the Basque Institute of Competitiveness acknowledged experts in smart specialisation. The webinar will be an opportunity to examine the regional dimension of post-COVID recovery strategies and discuss the future role of smart specialisation strategies in local and regional recovery programmes.
