The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is drafting an opinion (ECON-VI/037) on the "Reform Support Programme and European Investment Stabilisation Function" (the European Commission's legislative proposals COM(2018)391 final) and COM(2018)387 final.

The rapporteur of the opinion, Ms Olga Zrihen (BE/PES), and her expert Ms. Élodie Declercq, would be happy to meet with representatives of local and regional associations as well as of cities and regions, think tanks and other relevant stakeholders for a consultation and an exchange of views on the topics of this opinion.

During the meeting, Mr Haris Martinos (Metis GmbH) will present some preliminary results of an ongoing study commissioned by the CoR on "Administrative capacity of local and regional authorities: Opportunities and challenges for structural reforms and a more effective European economic governance".
