EuroPCom, the European Public Communication Conference, is the annual meeting point of communication experts from local, regional, national and European authorities, as well as private communication agencies, NGOs and academia. During this two-day event, public communication professionals come together to discuss how to improve public communication and raise awareness of EU policies.
The conference is organised by the European Committee of the Regions, in close cooperation with the European Parliament, the Council of the EU, the European Commission, the European Economic and Social Committee, the European Investment Bank and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
The 10th edition of EuroPCom took place on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 November 2019.

On 7-8 December 2020, the 11th edition of EuroPCom will continue as a physical event, a virtual one or a mix of both, gathering around 1000 communication experts from local, regional, national and European authorities and associations, as well as academia, private communication agencies and NGOs. A variety of formats will provide learning and training opportunities and plenty of possibilities for exchange of views and best practices.
