The sixth meeting of the Commission for Sustainable Territorial Development of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) took place on Thursday 29 October 2020. On the agenda was a debate on seizing the transformative potential of the COVID crisis.

Members also discussed the draft report on the agriculture and food security in the context of climate change in the Mediterranean as well as the draft report on digitalisation of Small and Medium Sized Businesses in the Mediterranean region.

The commission meeting was followed in the afternoon by a presentation and discussion on the Union for the Mediterranean's Strategic Action Plan on Sustainable Urban Development.
