The Future of Athletes' Employment Relations in Olympic Sports

Are Olympic elite athletes workers? Who is responsible to provide a decent livelihood for them? How can they be protected against sport-specific health and social risks?

The team of the Erasmus+ EMPLOYS Project (622796-EPP-1-2020-1-DE-SPO-SCP) extends an invitation to discuss these questions and many more related to the employment and social relations of athletes in Olympic sports. After the presentation of the final study and project outcomes, two stakeholder panels will discuss the implications of the results and recommendations.
