On 29 November, the presidents of EU and Ukrainian associations of local and regional authorities, core partners of the Alliance for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, gather together for the first time since the launch of the Alliance earlier in June 2022, to share their views on the strategic added value and way forward of their cooperation.
They will debate the prospects of the sustainable, bottom-up reconstruction with the high-level guest speakers from the European Commission and the Ukrainian Government.
