WG for Cultural and Linguistic Diversity has run a seminar aimed at diagnosing concerns and making recommendations on behalf of the Conference of European Regional Legislative Assemblies; The conclusions reached at the Valencia seminar, set forth in two decalogues, one to protect cultural heritage and the other to enhance linguistic diversity in Europe.
