EU Solidarity with Ukraine: protecting people fleeing the war  

​An information session EU Solidarity with Ukraine: protecting people fleeing the war will be co-organised by the European Commission, Directorate General for Migration and Home Affairs and the Mission of Ukraine to the EU on Thursday ​19 May from 10h30 – 12h30. The event will include experts from the European Commission, Diplomatic Missions, NGOs and civil society working with people fleeing the war and Ukrainian diaspora. Participants will have informal discussion with a focus on Temporary Protection of people fleeing the war and entering the EU, as well as on anti-trafficking in human beings, one of the key threats in EU countries and other practical aspects of proper integration of Ukrainians arrived in the EU.
