1. European Natura 2000 Award

European Natura 2000 Award and receive the recognition you deserve!
recognition for their work: the award will showcase your success story and provide inspiration for others who manage and promote Natura 2000 sites;

media reach: in addition to promotion on Natura 2000 Awards channels, which results in much greater media attention and increased stakeholder awareness, finalists will be offered professional training in social media communications, which they can use both to promote the Award and in their day‑to‑day activities. 3. Gender-equality index
The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) will release the Gender Equality Index 2023 on
24 October 2023
The Index will unveil this year's
gender equality scores
in areas of life such as knowledge, money, health, work, power and time. It will also discuss the green transition from a gender equality perspective.
The Index will help answer several questions:
- which EU Member States and domains improved the most in the Gender Equality Index 2023?
- why a gender perspective is critical for the European Green Deal
- how to make the green transition socially fair and just
