Badge pick-up points
There will be
two badge pick-up points:

- For the Romanian participants and foreign delegates who do not pick up their badge at the airport, the
second pick-up point will be located at the
C1 entrance of the Romanian Parliament.
Participants need to present their
accreditation approval to get their badge.
There will be a guarded cloakroom in the entrance hall of the building for the duration of the event. However, to speed up security checks, we advise you to avoid bringing your luggage to the event if possible. On 15 March, it will be possible to leave your luggage in one of the guarded busses provided by the Romanian Presidency outside the C1 entrance of the venue.
Special and medical assistance
Please specify in the registration form if you will need any special assistance during the event.
There will be first aid points in the venue for the duration of the summit.
Simultaneous interpreting will be provided during all sessions. Details about language coverage for a specific session will soon be provided in the summit programme.
There will be free Wi-Fi access inside the meeting rooms and throughout the building. No password is needed.

Light lunches, coffee and refreshments will be provided at set times during the summit. On the Thursday evening, a dinner reception for summit participants will take place at the National Opera.
