until 1 March 2019 to register to the event via the media accreditation page of the EU Romanian Presidency
Please note that only registered press will be able to get media accreditation to the event.

The accreditation form requires journalists to upload a "confirmation letter" from their media organisation - in English or French. To do so, this
letter template can be used.
For free-lance journalists, the letter can be a self-certification stating their contact details and the ones of the media they work for.
