Megaregions have the potential to enhance European cities and regions’ global competitiveness. This conference will provide ground for discussion about the potentials and challenges with the rise of city networks and megaregions in Europe, based on OECDs territorial review of Western Scandinavia- the first study of a European Megaregion.
