Do you like getting to know people from other cities and countries? Are you interested in international encounters and European socio-political issues? Would you like to engage in intercultural dialogue with others and actively shape the future of Europe in our three cities Brno, Leipzig and Stuttgart and beyond?
Then we look forward to your participation in our joint online citizens' dialogue on 27 January 2022 from 17:00 to 20:00!
The programme includes a one-and-a-half-hour workshop phase, as well as a subsequent discussion with politicians. As a kick-off event in the European Year of Youth 2022, we invite you, citizens of all ages from the three cities, to talk about the topics of education, culture, youth and sport, to exchange experiences and to jointly develop ideas for the future.
After the group discussions, your ideas will be presented to politicians from the three cities in a plenary session. At the European level, the ideas generated will be published on the Future of Europe Conference platform, where they can be read and supported by citizens across Europe and brought directly to decision-makers in the EU.
The Citizens' Dialogue offers you opportunities to get to know people and initiatives from the other cities, to make initial contacts and to network, so that you will already meet familiar faces and names at future events in presence.
During the event, simultaneous interpretation
will be provided in German and Czech languages.
