As an assistant in the Commission for the environment,
climate change and energy (ENVE), you are responsible for
providing general administrative support to the work of the
ENVE Commission and its administrators in various policy
areas. This includes also providing support on the
activities of the "Green Deal Going Local working
group", the "Covenant of Mayors" and "CoR 4 Climate Pact"
initiatives, managed by the ENVE Commission. You also
coordinate autonomously the follow up of all legislative
works of the ENVE Commission within the set deadlines.
Your responsibilities include:
− preparation of working documents, draft opinions and
− communication with rapporteurs, members and experts
concerning legislative works;
− preparation and management of stakeholder consultations
(remote and onsite in the CoR premises);
− management of amendments and voting on opinions, both in
plenary sessions and commission meetings.
You provide logistical organisation of ENVE commission
meetings (either in Brussels or in a hosting region, or
remotely via an online system) by following detailed CoR
procedures in coordination with various CoR units,
preparing documents and correspondence, and communicating
with CoR Members, Political Group colleagues and external

activities (study, survey, report, consultation), in

Knowing how to work with Interactio IT tool is an asset.
You act as backup to the other assistants of the unit and
carry out tasks as assigned by the Head of Unit.
