The Finnish Regional Councils of Lapland, Kainuu, North Karelia and South Savo will be having a two day event in Brussels, in the Committee of the Regions. The purpose of the event is to get to know EU desision making processess and to share information between the regions and the EU institutions. The dialogue will contribute to the regional development of the respective regions and to the better utilisation of the possibilities EU offers for the Northern Sparsely Populated Regions of East & North Finland.
