At his hearing in the European Parliament on 30 September 2019, Maroš Šefčovič, EU Commissioner-designate for Interinstitutional Relations and Foresight, expressed his appreciation for the work of the Committee of the Regions in the field of ex-post evaluation of legislation, and more in particular, the development of RegHub.
The Commissioner-designate stated that he is willing to further develop RegHub as an information tool to raise implementation issues of existing EU legislation in a timely manner.
