The ninth meeting of the Commission for Sustainable Territorial Development of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) will take place on Tuesday, 25 April 2023 in the Eden Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel in Rabat, Morocco, at the invitation of Abdelaziz Derouiche, President of the Moroccan Association of Presidents of the Councils of Prefectures and Provinces (AMPCPP) and President of the Prefectural Council of Rabat (Morocco).

This ARLEM Commission meeting will be an opportunity for ARLEM Members to discuss two thematic draft reports. The first, drafted by the host Abdelaziz Derouiche, relates to urban health and sustainable mobility. The second, drafted by André Viola (PES/FR), member of the Departmental Council of Aude in France, concerns civil protection. During the meeting, we will take stock of the ARLEM Award – Young Local Entrepreneurship in the Mediterranean since its creation and will present the new edition to ARLEM Members.
