At a hearing of the European Affairs Committee in the North Rhine Westphalia parliament, the RebHub initiative of the European Committee of the Regions was raised. The CoR President said in written contribution to the hearing that "North Rhine-Westphalia has taken a pro-active role in the European Committee of the Regions by participating in the [RegHub] pilot project … To implement the Task Force's proposals in a timely manner, thereby creating the conditions for better integration of the regions and municipalities for better regulation in Europe."
