Strengthening resilience is the overriding policy framework of the Eastern Partnership. Against this backdrop, participants at the workshop were invited to share good practice and innovative perspectives, looking at ways to overcoming through territorial and parliamentary cooperation some of the challenges to reinforcing resilience, which has to be addressed at multiple levels – state, society and community.
