The dialogue will deal with the implementation of the European Structural and Investment funds (2021 – 2027) and its potentials to support the current challenges of European society.
The second part of the event will address young people and inquire on their views on the future of the Europe. What kind of EU do young people (not only) want in the future? What are the opportunities for young people to participate in the EU and what is the voice of young people in the EU? What is the awareness of the EU in the Czech environment? And what effect does teaching in schools / universities have on this awareness?
The moderated dialogue will host panelists such as Apostolos Tzitzikostas, President of Committee of the Regions, Radim Sršeň, initiating member, Mayor of the Municipality of Dolní Studénky, Vendula Nováčková, Director, Representation of the South Moravian Region to the EU, and Radim Polčák, Vice-rector for Development, Legal and Information Technologies, Masaryk University.
