​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The seventh meeting of the Commission for Sustainable Territorial Development of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly (ARLEM) will take place on Tuesday 26 October 2021 in Brussels and online. After many months during which meetings were only convened in a virtual format, ARLEM Members will finally have the opportunity to meet in person under this event's hybrid mode.

On the agenda are the discussion of the draft report on Innovation ecosystems and start-ups in the Mediterranean as a means of recovering from the COVID-19 crisis by Juan Manuel Moreno Bonilla, President of Andalusia, representing the Association of European Border Regions, as well as the draft report on Service sector re-orientation: transferring skills from the tourism sector by Mohamed Boudra, President of the Moroccan Mayors' Association.
