20th anniversary of the European Week of Regions & Cities (2003-2022): Exhibition
The European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) is the largest annual Brussels-based event dedicated to cohesion policy. It is co-organised by the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) and the European Commission/DG REGIO (Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy).

Since its inception in 2003, it has grown to become a unique communication and networking platform, bringing together regions and cities from across Europe and beyond, and including politicians, administrators, experts and academics. Over the past 19 years, it has contributed substantially to promoting policy learning and enhancing exchange of good practice.

In 2021, the second digital edition scored a record number of almost 18,000 registrations and 300 sessions over a week and involved more than 590 partners.

This year, the 20th edition will provide opportunities for debate, keeping communities connected, exchanging best practice and ideas between partners and participants on four themes: Green transition, Territorial cohesion, Digital transition, and Youth empowerment. It is a 4-day event (10-13 October 2022) taking place in Brussels on the CoR premises and at the Square. Some sessions will be hosted at regional partners' offices in Brussels.

To celebrate the 20th edition, the CoR is organising a poster exhibition showcasing the themes and highlights of the EURegionsWeek over the past 19 years.

LIMITED ACCESS: For security reasons, exhibitions in the CoR are only accessible to visitors carrying a badge granting them permanent access to the CoR (e.g. EU officials), or carrying a special badge as a registered participant to an event (conference, meeting, event) held on the CoR premises. No access will be granted to external visitors who do not carry a valid badge. To obtain such a badge, you must be either an EU official or a registered participant at one of the activities or events taking place in the CoR.
