The EU's Assembly of Regional and Local Representatives
Bureau
The ARLEM Bureau defines the work programme of the Assembly and submits it to the plenary for approval. It is responsible for the preparation of the yearly report and recommends to the plenary session the date, place and topics for the  next ARLEM meeting. The Bureau meets in camera.

The Bureau consists of the co-presidents and ten members, acting as vice-presidents. Five of them are appointed by consensus by the Mediterranean partners' group and five by the EU group.
