Plenary sessions

The ARLEM plenary sessions take place once a year. All ARLEM members participate in the plenary.

The role of the plenary session is to adopt the annual report, the work programme as well as reports issued by the ARLEM Commission: Commission for Sustainable territorial development (as of 2015) - formerly the Commission for Economic, Social and Territorial Affairs (ECOTER) and the Commission for Sustainable Development (SUDEV).

Instead of the Annual report on the territorial dimension of the Union for the Mediterranean, adopted in the past years, ARLEM will now give its political orientations and priorities adopting political Recommendations and an Action plan for the coming year. A short ARLEM Activity report will also be adopted, listing the activities during the past year.
