Commission for Economic, Social and Territorial Affairs (ECOTER)

ARLEM's Commission for Economic, Social and Territorial Affairs (ECOTER) was active from 2010 to 2014. It issued draft reports that were submitted to the annual ARLEM Plenary Session for adoption on topics such as decentralisation, urban and territorial development, cultural cooperation, information society, migration and integration, small and medium-sized enterprises, trade, etc.

At the 6th Plenary Session held in Antalya on 15 December 2014, ARLEM members decided to merge the ECOTER and the SUDEV commissions into one single commission named "Commission for Sustainable Territorial Development".
