TOAD is a database containing Committee of the Regions working documents: draft opinions, agendas, minutes of meetings, etc.

Type of documents and availability

• Working documents, agendas, minutes of meetings, etc. remain available in TOAD for a period of 90 days.
• Plenary session working documents and COM documents remain available for two years.
• The final versions of the opinions adopted by the Committee of the Regions can be accessed through the opinion search engine

How to use TOAD

From the TOAD entry page, you can access:

• Meeting agendas,
• Calendar of meetings,
• Folders and working document search engines.

If the document you are looking for is not in either TOAD or the opinions database, please contact our Archives department by e-mail.
